opalescent_angel asked: We recently adopted a 9 month old Boston Terrier. He is living up to his terrier name. He will constantly chase and terrorize our two cats. Any suggestions on how to keep him from doing this? We are planning to take him to classes in a few weeks but before that he is driving us (and the cats) crazy. On the one hand we think that he might be “playing” but the cats rarely come around anymore because they are afraid of him. He has never actually bit or hurt them but he does make it difficult for them to move around the house freely.

AlphaWolf asked: I have a call into Menu Foods regarding the reimbursement of my pet bills. They said they would get back to me with information on how to do this. Has anyone actually gotten a call back and/or a check from them?
Left another message with Menu Foods today, so far all they do is take your info. I also called Nutro directly and they said they will have their insurance company contact me. So maybe my chances are better now??

thathockeychick23 asked: Last month I had to put my cat to sleep because he became very sick and I didn’t want him to suffer anymore. It was the hardest thing I ever had to do. He was baby. But now both my boyfriend and my mom are talking to me about getting another cat. I know that this one would never replace my baby, but I do want another one. I was thinking about adopting. So my question is, when do you think is a good enough time to get another pet after your pets death?

prosperity asked: I would like to house/pet sit & I am thinking that people who don’t want to to take their pets to the kennel would pay to have people pet sit? I have a housesitting site but it is for people who just want to live in people’s houses. I would like to make enough money to atleast pay my bills doing this. If you have any ideas I appreciate hearing what you have to say about this subject.

generaalpotgieter asked: I’ve got a Saint Bernard & a boerboel both males, & these 2 cant leave each other alone the saint bernard is usually the one who prevokes the fight & I love both dogs so do not want to get rid of them & I cant afford the vet fees anymore please Help they are not abused they are not chained up & they get along with the rest of the dogs. & they are only aggressive when they are together.

Robert C asked: I have to put my 5.5 year old mini schnauzer up for adoption because I have to leave the country. It wouldn’t be fair for her to have to move to Southeast Asia. Does anyone know how dogs react to adoption? She is my best friend & this will break my heart. I have found a mini-schnauz rescue society wih a waiting list. I just need to know if she’ll be okay & will adapt to her new surroundings & owners.

gravylegmistake asked: I live in a fairly typical suburban area with many cat owners. For some reason they crap on my front lawn (the cats not the cat owners!). I thought only dogs did this, as cats like to bury their turds in soft dirt or ground cover. And yeah, they are definitely cat turds. I have a dog and know the difference.

Cassie asked: My dogs have there own little pool they love to splash in. But it gets really dirty, really fast. I know chlorine isn’t safe for dogs, so what can I put in the pool to keep out the algae and help keep it clean. I’d rather not have to empty and refill it every few days.
