2eighty8 asked: I noticed that there’re a lot of people asking pet questions that requires them to go to a vet ASAP. I also know for a fact that Ontario has a telehealth hotline (or something like that) for people who just has a health question and cannot wait to go to a doctor. Anyone know if there’s something like this for pets in their area?

Susan N asked: I have 5 parrots and 3 dogs as pets in the house, I clean constantly but I love all the noise and action. I can’t imagine my life without my pets but I wonder if people are starting to think I am really wierd like one of those cat ladies. I also spend alot of money on them and wonder if my priorities are screwed up.

aldakemina asked: Hello, I have already decided to feed my dogs a raw food diet. I have done research on exactly what types of protein and vegetables are good for them, and what they cannot have. I can’t find anywhere how much food exactly I should give them… I mean in ounces or pounds, and how many times a day I should feed them this. Their meals will mainly consist of chicken, lamb, potatoes, carrots, and rice. They are two female adult Golden Retrievers, one a little small for her breed. Any suggestions? Thanks

zamarel asked: I have researched this and have several books that recommend it. I have also been using it for years and years on my pets. It is great when they have diarrhea or are on antibiotics. Small amounts are good for their digestive tract.

Ladies & Gentlemen,
It has been brought to my attention that in the last week there have been at least three incidents involving associates bringing their pets to work. In all three cases the animals were brought inside the buildings. Out of respect for your co-workers, for health and safety reasons, and for the safety of the pets themselves, pets are NOT ALLOWED at work - both inside and outside the buildings. This is applies at all times and is without exception.
I appreciate everyone’s fondness for their pets but work is not an acceptable place for pets.
